60 Years in the making and still growing

JWD Fulfilment was established by a family of logistics experts, today it's a 3rd generation, family-owned fulfilment, warehousing, and distribution business based on the South coast in the UK. Having built a logisitcs business over a period of 60 years, eCommerce fulfilment was our next logical step to growth and longevity.

We got our start in 2017 when eCoffee Cups came knocking on our door in search of a working fulfilment centre that could support their business growth across the globe. Since then we have integrated our fulfilment service working with many high street brands including BP, WHSmiths, Marks & Specer, Argos, Sainsburys, Waterstones, and Lounges.

That said we also work with several 'start-up' businesses helping them on along the path to growth.

The Technology
Our DEAR software simplifies processing operations, and improves inventory management. Application of the technology is carefully managed and your JWD Account Manager will support set-up and training for you and your team if necessary.


Alternatively, we can discuss the software integration between operational order processing systems and any preferred application you have.

Centre Adaptability.
Our experienced pick&pack teams are an extension of your operation and we learn from you how to handle your products. Your packing procedures, personalisation or QC requirements will be discussed, agreed upon and acted upon.

Operational Management
We will dedicate a small team to look after your account, taking care of overall operations, inventory, fulfilment and the financials. One of the team will be your point of contact for you and your team. We will take it upon ourselves to learn and understand your business.
